Scott Rutherford joined in October 2011, from Standard Chartered Bank (Middle East), where he was the head of Financials Institutional Group, Prior to that, he was a Senior Director and Head of FIG Advisory at HSBC Bank Middle East. During his career of over 10 year at HSBC, Scott Rutherford served various roles in the coverage and advisory Investment Banking Division. Scott Rutherford has over 15 years of regional investment banking experience and has executed in excess of 60 transactions, totaling USD25bn in value. Scott Rutherford has advised Governments and Corporates on IPOs, M&A, Debt Capital Markets, Funding, etc., regionally and internationally. Scott Rutherford has a B.S. in Business with concentration in finance & accounting and a Master degree in Business Administration from Lebanese American University.
